Health is the balance of 4 ‘bodies’ – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – in a natural state of harmony.

How does the body restore health?

The body is capable of self-regulation, self-healing and health maintenance. Our therapists are trained to stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanism towards health.

What tools do our therapists use?

Our therapists use skilled touch to remove restrictive barriers and promote optimal circulation. Structure influences function, and function influences structure. Each part of the musculoskeletal system works with and influences every other part. When the body’s musculoskeletal system is not properly aligned, it inhibits circulatory, lymphatic or nervous system function and therefore reduces the body’s ability to heal itself.

Can the body heal faster?

Physical pain always has an emotional component, just as unresolved emotional issues result in physical health issues. The body, mind, heart and spirit are interconnected and affect each other. We find the greatest success with clients when they are willing to look at more than just the physical body. Through the process of self-explorations and discovery, health improves and healing occurs.
