Manual Osteopath
Chermaine is our chief therapist assuring every client receives the therapy they need. Her practice prioritises whole body healing with emphasis on visceral health and neuro-musculo-skeletal alignment. Chermaine’s outstanding sense and insight allow her to treat with precision and efficiency, as she touches deep layers of the body. She is an expert in treating scoliosis and post-surgical conditions. Chermaine also invites talent to join her team to provide a spectrum of treatments to support the transformation of our clients.

Cheong is a passionate and experienced osteopath with extensive skills in his specialty of trauma release. His Liquid Osteopathy and Brain & Spinal Cord Therapy approaches are unique in Hong Kong. The healing paradigm Cheong envisions is powered by his enthusiasm for embodiment. He also develops and teaches courses in Osteopathy Discovery, Lymph Drainage Self Help and Advanced Somatics to enlighten people with cutting-edge healing concepts. And on a regular basis, Cheong offers treatment to the underprivileged.

JENNIFER LEUNG

Jennifer specialises in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She listens through her hands to the body’s subtle rhythms and fluid dynamics, and supports the body to reorganise and find its own alignment. Jennifer also practices somatic therapy to foster the development of neurological pathways that restore wholeness and well-being. In a safe and trusting environment, new sensorimotor experiences are capable of communicating a felt sense of self-value, self-esteem and empowerment.

Sound Catalyst
Bertha offers Singing Bowl Therapy and Gong Bath Therapy. In sound therapy, high frequency sound waves pass through the auditory nerve and activate cells in the the body to repair and restore health. Sessions can sooth the heart and pause complex thoughts in the brain, leading to tranquility and the reconnection of body and heart. Other possible outcomes include easing of physical pain, reorganisation of inner emotions, reduced symptoms of depression and uplift of the body’s vibrational level. Bertha also offers Singing Bowl workshops.

ADY LUNG
Psychotherapist
Ady is Vice President of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Psychology Association, Registered Member of American Psychological Association, Registered Member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Member of National Board Professional and Ethical Standards, USA and NLP Master Practitioner. Psychotherapy acts as a compass for navigating communication and relationships. Sessions with Ady can help release conscious and subconscious blockages of frustration, balance emotions, and keep the mind healthy.

Internal Family Systems Practitioner
Ruby enjoys working with individuals seeking healing, wholeness, and personal development. The Internal Family Systems approach to psychotherapy helps people find healing from their past and reach future goals. Ruby is also a Certification Candidate with Center for Nonviolent Communication and is committed to help transform potential conflicts into peaceful dialogues. By examining the unmet needs behind what people do or say, Nonviolent Communication helps reduce hostility, heal pain and strengthen relationships.

VANESSA CHEUNG
Feldenkrais Practitioner
Vanessa teaches Awareness Through Movement group classes and one-on-one Functional Integration lessons of the Feldenkrais Method of somatic education. She is an experienced somatic practitioner with certifications in the Feldenkrais Method, the Child’Space Method, yoga and Pilates. Vanessa is also a certified Infant Massage Instructor for the International Association of Infant Massage, and a former lecturer in Dance at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

HANKS LI
GYROKINESIS® Instructor
Hanks certified in the GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® movement methods in 2012, and has received extensive training in sound healing. He is also an expert in theatre with physical, somatic and voice training. Hanks graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a BA (Hons) in Acting, and has studied with David Glass, a pioneer of physical theatre, and Philippe Gaulier, master clown and professor.

EVE YIP
Yoga Acharya
Eve is a Master of Yoga (Yoga Acharya) of International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, and a former teacher in Modern Dance at her alma mater, The Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. She teaches fascial movement with accompanying breathing exercises to improve body conditioning and attain somatic balance. Her students learn to understand their body’s restrictions and gain awareness through postures, breath, chanting and meditation.

MELANIE TANG
Expressive Arts Therapist
Melanie is an HKPCA Certified Counsellor and Person-Centred Expressive Arts Therapist. She supports the personal growth and psychological wellness of our clients through the medium of expressive arts therapy. Melanie’s holistic approach focuses on free will, human potential, and self-discovery, as she guides clients to develop a strong and healthy sense of self, explore feelings, find meaning, and recognize strengths.
